What is a Private Contract Association (PCA)

A Private Contract Association is an unincorporated association founded upon the right to create private agreements between two parties in a Mission Society — a long established structure that is the foundation for some of the most well known institutions across the world, such as the Girl Guides.

  • A PCA is created by and exists upon the contract authority and power that people have reserved for themselves.
  • A Mission Society enjoys additional rights guaranteed by several unassailable Supreme Court rulings, the UN Charter, the Law Of Nations and the New Zealand Bill of Rights 1990 for the members of a such a Society to unite together for the purpose of freely pursuing their right of self-determination and their economic, social and cultural development.
  • PCA's may offer educational programs, workshops, or resources that align with the interests and goals of their members.

Why is necessary to become a member?

White Lotus Private Society and Private Contract Association (PCA) exclusively serves members within its Mission Society and is not subject to corporate/statutory codes, ordinances and other statutes. That means that within this private jurisdiction, we are free to pursue our mission to the best of our ability. Becoming a member through private contract is required to fully protect this work and your involvement in it.

What is a Mission Society

A Mission Society is long established structure that plays an integral role in the current world system. It is the underlying foundation for some of the most well known institutions across the world. It carries with it long standing precedent and settled law regarding how the public may and may not interact with it

As a member of White Lotus PCA, you will be connected to a growing community of like-minded beings who value freedom, autonomy and a world that is good for all.
White Lotus PCA is a member organisation established under the right of private contract and private and free association. This is a private jurisdiction not subject to corporate statues or codes.
In a world where humanity feels ever more controlled and directed by forces intent on limiting the creative capacity of each living being, White Lotus PCA exists to create effective resources for reclaiming the freedom available to all to live and work in accordance with deeper truth.
