WHITE LOTUS MISSION

The White Lotus Mission Society has established its mission to celebrate the expression and manifestation of the individual truth of each of its Members. Whether this extends to daily life, work or leisure, White Lotus is dedicated to supporting each Member in realising his/her sacred truth throughout his/her life journey.

Our Society’s intentions include a deep commitment to self-responsibility and the ongoing care of our resources, gifts and abilities through service to others.

White Lotus Private Contract Association (PCA) exists for the mutual benefit of all its members. All members agree that all living beings are created equal and will not purposely harm any other being in pursuit of these goals.

ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

      1. White Lotus Private Contract Association does not operate in commerce in the public and operates only as a private member organisation, specifically a Private Contract Association (henceforth “PCA”).

      1. Members comprehend and agree that all activities of the PCA are of a private nature. This means within the private enclosure of the PCA,  and PCA and its members are not subject to the codes and statutes of the public system, nor of any jurisdiction other than our supporting organisation, the White Lotus Private Society.

      1. I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that, as a PCA member, I am joining in the capacity of a private member and not in the capacity to represent any Local, State, Official or Governmental Agency whose purpose is to regulate or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation. Public servants/officials must identify themselves and give full disclosure.

      1. In the private enclosure of our Private Contract Association we are retaining and protecting our private capacities, in the original jurisdiction on the land and not under any such impairments as apply to the public persons. We are Living Men and Women and therefore are not subject to corporate/statutory codes, ordinances and statutes and are free to associate under private contract to share our knowledge, resources and remedies towards achieving our goals of freedom and prosperity.

      1. Members agree to hold all proprietary materials of the PCA in the strictest of confidence and never distribute such materials outside the confines of membership.

      1. White Lotus PCA offers member education and developmental tools and resources which are intended but not guaranteed to improve the lives of its members. It does NOT provide legal, tax or medical advice or instruction of any kind. All members enter the PCA of their own voluntary expression of Will and are fully responsible for the results of their involvement.

      1. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other member of the Association

      1. Any and all amounts conveyed to the PCA are private membership donations.

      1. All members agree and affirm that:

    GOVERNING LAW

    We believe that the New Zealand Bill of Rights 1990, the UN Charter, the Law Of Nations, the Constitution of the United States of America and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter, Statutes and Bill, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by the Creator and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, Statutes and Bill or Rights.

    Pursuant to the universal declaration for Rights of Self-Determination promulgated by the United Nations we as Living Men and Women in private associated are protected with the substantive right of freedom to engage lawful contracts and the right of free association.  As such, this is inclusive of the right of exclusion of all parties not party to our contract of association.  We claim and stand on our right of absolute protection of the obligations of private contact and safe harbour of private association.  All public actors in New Zealand are bound to and must abide by the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 and all provisions therein.

    Presumptions of jurisdictional attachment pursuant to the use of publicly circulating private script known as NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS, as underwritten by reserve currency status of FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES also known as UNITED STATES DOLLARS, pursuant to admiralty rules of bankruptcy, Bretton Woods agreements, pursuant to Uniform Commercial Codes or UNIDROIT/UNICITRAL policies, or any form of securitised claims against the Living Men and Women of the White Lotus Private Contract Association are used under the exigent circumstances and the law of necessity and all claims of such attachments are herewith rescinded, revoked, terminated, and abated.

    Proper legal notice has been placed in a Legal Notice newspaper of general circulation, of the standing and private nature of the New Zealand Private Contract Association and all members and associations thereunder, including White Lotus Private Contract Association, and are established for the peculiar members of the Society in the boundaries of the de jure sovereign body politic known as Aotearoa.

    Our premises are not open to the public, and all public officers, agents, trustees and representatives must request permission to enter said premises. Any unauthorised entry will be considered a wilful trespass. 

    The governing law of this Agreement shall be the Private Law created by this Agreement. The contents herein constitute the terms of a binding contract that shall govern and control its own application. Venue and jurisdiction are the private venue which adheres to the Common law principles of Courts of Record and recognises the principles of Equity Law and the long-standing Maxims of Equity as paramount.

    In the event of a need to settle any dispute of a substantial nature, any member may petition the White Lotus PCA to an arbitration hearing chosen from a pool of other members of the White Lotus PCA with the intent of achieving a satisfactory resolution of the issue(s). Each Party shall choose one member for the arbitration board and these two shall in turn choose a mutually acceptable third member.
